Every choice we make has consequences that come along with them. Let’s learn how to turn your coffee into super food coffee. I’m going to walk you through some of the choices that I made throughout my Coast Guard Career and tie it back to your coffee.
By the end of this you will know how to turn your normal everyday coffee (your favorite coffee). Into Super Food Coffee.
Choices I made that made me thinner!
- Running
- Sit ups
- Push ups.
- Eating Right
These are all great things to do for your health. The issue is that for me it was either I did them everyday or I started gaining weight. I’m not talking a little bit of weight but everything I had lost. It makes for a roller coaster when you get weighted in twice a year. The get back down to pass the weight ins and then back to the normal routine.
For everything on the list it wasn’t like a 1 mile run, 1 sit up and 1 push up. I’m talking about 5+ miles/run, 200+ Sit ups/day, and 200+ push ups/day. For me that accounted for a lot of time just to drop or after getting to where I wanted to be to maintain. I tried the every other day workouts and I couldn’t maintain it had to be everyday. Many times I did some of this a work and then again when I got home. So two a days were normal!
Really difficult to keep up!!
Choices I make that didn’t go along with staying thin!
- Sitting on the couch
- Playing with my kids
- Even going for 20+ mile bike rides
As you can see it sounds for the most part like what you would do a normal day. The bike rides were fun for me and I’m not talking a slow pace ride either. I was averaging about 18 – 20 miles/hours and doing more than 100 miles a week. That didn’t even keep my weight from going back up. I had to run (least favorite).
When things started to change!!
Things really started to change after I found the products that I use now. I have been able to maintain my weight without harsh workouts everyday. It is a great feeling.
My military time also left me unable to do some of the things I used to be because of the amount of running and stuff I was doing. Running isn’t possible because of my ankles and knees. Sit ups aren’t possible because of my back and the push ups went when my wrists did. So it left me having to find other ways to do things to get my weight down.
The products we have now are a quadfecta. I know you’ve heard of a trifecta yet this is just one more thing bigger than that.
Starting with your cells!
Your cells have to be able to accept things in order for your body to get what it needs to perform. I wish this had been around when I was having to work out like I did. It could have saved my joints some issues as well.

I’m sure if you are anything like me by the time lunch rolls around you a beat and ready for a nap. We have something (besides energy drinks) that can help you make it through the rest of the day. I love this stuff and it has saved my life on several occasions. Also great for a work out to help with focus. During a work out I had complete focus yet not so much at home. With this I get focus coming and going. It isn’t an energy drink yet you can get some from it. Best part of my days now is when I have this in my system.
The part that almost everyone has issues with.
A little back ground before I tell you about this.
Being in the military we had to stand watches at all different times and even time zones sometimes. This doesn’t give your body a routine that it knows. The hardest watches were always the ones overnight. That could be all night or just a part of the night. They can be very rough on your system and your sleep pattern.
For example I stood the watch from midnight to 4 am a lot more than I should have on my last tour. For me I couldn’t fall asleep at 8pm to get up at 11 to stand four hours of watch. Then go back to bed until 10 am and be completely functional. So what I ended up doing is staying up until my watch and then just getting the fast 6 hours of sleep. Still wasn’t the best for me.
After doing that my body now thinks that if I’m up until 1130 that I need to be up until 4 am. Not the case and hard to move at 6 with only two hours of sleep.
This product has been a life saver. It helps you sleep and for me knocks’ me out so that I can get the sleep I need for the next day even if I have a bit of a late night. Also helping to reset my clock a long the way. Great thing to have for a long flight or a change in time zones.
Bonus: This can help you lose weight as well. All four products work very well together to help your body in ways you would have to try them to find out.
Having My Cake and Eating it too!
Due to using these four products I can keep my weight in check allowing me to eat my cake. This is life changing for a lot of people. If you don’t like Cake you can always have a fine wine to go with any meal.
